Cepstral Voices

Patches/Fixes

A patch that removes the license warnings, allowing you to use an unlicensed voice as much as you want. Diane and Millie voices will work as well.
Before you do that, make sure if Cepstral License Server service is stopped, otherwise it won't let you replace a patched .dll file that is already using. Once it was replaced, start the Cepstral License Server service again to get the voices work properly.

High Quality/Telephone Voices
