Required software
SAPI4 API is required for most voices to function, it enables the older SAPI architecture that went missing in older Windows versions. If you are installing this on Windows 11, the runtime might work for you or not, since we have not tested it yet.

Voices that came from the Microsoft website and other distributions until the L&H company went bankrupt.
